Neeraj Kumar began as an entrepreneur in early career — then deliberately stepped into the enterprise world to learn how the giants operate, where they break, and where they leave value on the table.

Over twenty years, that journey covered SQL Server, Azure, Dynamics NAV / Business Central, historical Oracle systems, AWS, disaster-recovery architecture, and high-availability engineering — across mission-critical environments where downtime can cost millions.

Experience designing recovery, investigating incidents and operating enterprise databases helps us ask better questions. AI assists the work; the architect remains responsible for review and validation.

Along the way: a Master's in Computer Applications, a Data Science degree in 2018, and continuous hands-on work with modern AI — LLMs, MCP agents, NLP pipelines, and AI-native development tooling.

SQL Server performance and Azure architecture are the primary focus. AI-assisted analysis still needs human review against the evidence and the agreed acceptance criteria.

Earlier enterprise experience includes Oracle TimesTen, GoldenGate, Exadata and SuperCluster; that background is not a claim of a current specialist offering for every Oracle product.
